Rutherford County, NC I make this my last will and testament and first of all I Commend my Soul to god who give it and my body to be buried in a christian manner and I will my wife Nancy the land where I now live and all the stock horses cattle and hogs and all the housel furniture During her life an widowhood and then the stock and furniture to be eaquely Divided between Henry and Clarymon and William and Luke and Rebeca Pearson and Edward Clanton and the land to be devided Eaquely between the boys Henry and William and Luke and Edward Clanton. Henry to have the upper part of the land William the Next and Luke the Next and Edward Clanton the home Plantation after my Debts and lagesis is paid. I also leave my daughter Patcey thirty dollars and my daughter Nancey thirty dollars to be paid at the descresion of the Executiours.
