LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF WILLIAM WESSON

In the names of God amen I William Wesson of the County of Rutherford & the 
State of North Carolina being of Sound & Purfect mind & memory blessed be God 
do this Seventh day of March one thousand Eight hundred & Eleven, make and 
Publish this my Last Will & testament in manner following that is say first I 
give & be queath unto my Loving Wiffe Rebeckey Wesson my Pursonal Estate in 
during of her Life or Widowhood after Paying of all my jest dets & at her 
death or after widow hood to be Equally divided Amunkst my Living Children and 
I hereby make and ordain my worthy friend Rebeckey Wesson my Exetris & James 
Jolley my Exeter of this my Last Will & testament in writing Whare of I the 
said William Wesson Have to this my Last Will & testament Set my hand & Seal 
the day & year first above Ritin.
