About 3/4 miles south of Garland, right side of highway, on a hill. (there is no date of when this cemetery was recorded) David Dickson, son of Thomas & Eliza SLOAN, 18 June 1881-26 May 1883. Robert N., son of Dickson & Catherine SLOAN, died 19 Jan. 1852; aged 20 years, 16 days. Margaret Rachel SLOAN, 1 Jan. 1837-17 Feb. 1898, aged 61 years, one month, 16 days. W. H. ROBBINS died 1917 (mortuary marker) Mrs. Mattie ROBINSON, died 14 Nov. 1946 (mortuary marker) Miss Annie Laura SLOAN, died 4 Feb. 1946, aged 85. (mortuary marker) William Sloan, son of Carrie BRYAN & J. O. BOWMAN, 1920-1921. Dixon SLOAN, died 1865. (mortuary marker, evidently placed in resent years) Dr. David Dixon SLOAN, 19 Oct. 1821-20 Nov. 1876. Harriet A. SLOAN, 27 Mar. 1822-29 Oct. 1896. Catherine, infant daughter of William & Carrie Moore SLOAN, 1889. Carrie MOORE, wife of William SLOAN, 30 April 1861-26 Dec. 1932. William, son of David Dickson & Harriet Cromartie SLOAN, 10 June 1858-19 Aug. 1938. Headstone: SLOAN. Footmarker: David Dickson, 14 Oct. 1897-6 April 1928. W. H. SLOAN, Jr., died 5 Oct. 1941, aged 19 (mortuary marker) Dr. William H. SLOAN, died 9 Apr. 195?, aged 68. (mortuary marker) The above graves are enclosed by an iron fence. Outside the fence is one marked grave: Annie, wife of Angus CURRIE, 7 Feb. 1880-15 Dec. 1911.
