Deed of CHARLES CHESTNUT, SR. to MORRIS DICKSON for 116 acres was proved in 
open court and ordered to be registered.
 
11 Nov. 1795 
Deed of MAURICE DICKSON to SAMUEL PHILLIPS fore 192-1/2 acres proved by ENOCH 
HERRING.
 
11 Nov. 1795 
JACOB CHESTNUT Jr. came into court and prayed leave to build a publick grist 
mill on his land that of MORRIS DICKSON across the Broad River.
