Indenture made September 26, 1822 between Nathan Boyet and William Canady of 
Sampson Co of the first part and Ulle Lewis of Wayne Co of the second part, 
for $250 land in Sampson on the south side of Marsh Branch adjacent to Odams 
line containing 200 acres.
Witnesses: Henry Lee and Lewis Rouse
