Indenture made Feb'y 22, 1844 between Edmund Bradshaw and Oates S Lewis both 
of Sampson, for $247 land in Sampson adjoining the lands of James R Lewis and 
Henry Oates and said Bradshaws land adjacent to Calf Marsh Branch containing 
70 1/2 acres.
Witnesses: James M Lewis and James R Lewis
