Indenture made Feb'y 29, 1812 between Bedreaddon Caraway Senr of Cumberland 
Co, NC and Isaac Pipkin of Sampson, for $35 land in Sampson on the west side 
of Great Coharie adjacent to Gilberts corner, Beamans corner, Watkins line 
containing 99 acres.
Witnesses: Jas Caraway and John Beaman
