Wm Gainey Senr Deed of Gift to Sintilla Coats

For and in consideration of the natural love and affection which I have and 
bear unto my beloved daughter Sintilla Coats the wife of Jordan Coats of sd 
State and County land lying on the west side of Great Cohara on the north side 
of Seven Mile Swamp containing 200 acres in Sampson. The land is for her 
lifetime and then to her son Jordan Coats Junr.
