Indenture made September 30, 1851 between Henry Honeycutt and Joseph Carroll 
both of Sampson, for $79 land in Sampson on the north side of the little prong 
of Bearskin Swamp adjacent to a stake in Carrolls corner containing 35 acres.
Witnesses: D A Bizzell and William C Jackson
