R. F. HUGGINS to J. F. FAISON

Green Pond, South Carolina

This 1st day of Aug. 1905.
In consideration of the sum of Two hundred and fifty ($250.00) Dollars to me 
paid, I hereby bargain, sell and convey unto J. F. Faison, all me right, title 
and interest of whatsoever nature or kind in and to five (5) notes given by 
H. H. Grimes and wife M. E. Grimes to Sudie K. Thomas, W. H. Huggins, Jr., 
J. M. Huggins, Jesse H. Huggins, Bessie A. Huggins and Rowland F. Huggins.  All 
of said notes are dated December 16th, 1904 and are secured by mortgage on real 
estate, same being recorded in Sampson County, North Carolina, four of said 
notes are the sum of Four Hundred ($400.00) Dollars each and one of said notes 
is for Four Hundred and Fifty ($450.00) Dollars.  The undersigned Rowland F. 
Huggins derives his right and interest in and to said notes as heir at law and 
distributee of his mother, Elizabeth A. Huggins.
The said Roland F. Huggins covenants and agrees with said J. F. Faison that the 
title in and to said notes as above set forth, is in the said Roland F. Huggins,
and that the said Roland F. Huggins has not in any way disposed of any interest 
in said notes aforesaid to any other person.

Roland F. Huggins being duly sworn before me the undersigned a Notary Public 
says that the facts set forth in the foregoing certificate of transfer to J. F. 
Faison are true, and that the said Roland F. Huggins subscribed in my presence 
the said transfer.  This 14 day of Aug. 1905

The execution of the foregoing instrument has been duly proven, as appears from 
the foregoing certificate and seal.  let the instrument with the certificates be
