HUGGINS to GUILFORD McCULLEN North Carolina} Sampson County} This Deed made this 11th day of November 1904 between Elizabeth A. Huggins, of the County of Sampson, State of North Carolina, party of the first part, and Guilford McCullen, of the County of Sampson, State of North Carolina, party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said Elizabeth A. Huggins party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of five Hundred and seventy one ($571.00) Dollars to her paid by Guilford McCullen, party of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained and sold, and by these presents doth bargain, sell and convey to said party of the second part, and his heirs, a certain parcel or tract of land, situate in Sampson County, North Carolina Lying entirely on the North side of the Mount Olive road, adjoining the lands of D. M. Kornegay, Mack McCullen and others bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a stake in a pond, D. M. Kornegay's corner and runs N 80 E 8.50 chains to a stake, thence S 88 E 4.50 chains to a stake, thence S 40 E 22.75 chains to a lightwood stump, the Faison old corner, thence the Faison old line S 51 W 2.65 chains to the Middle of the Mount Olive road, thence as said road about as follows: N 57 1/4 W 7.56 chains, N 77 1/2 W about 26.25 chains to D. M. Kornegay's line, thence his line N18 E 2 chains to the beginning, containing twenty five and 38/100 acres more or less. To have and to hold the aforesaid tract or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the said Guilford McCullen party of the second part, his heirs and assigns to their only use and behoof forever. And the said Elizabeth A. Huggins, party of the first part, on the part of herself, her heirs, executors and administrators, covenants to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that she is seized of said premises in fee, has a right to convey the same in fee simple, and that she will warrant and defend the said title to the against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
