Indenture made Dec'r 6, 1811 between Allen Jackson of Sampson and Isaac Pipkin 
of Lenoir Co, NC, for 50 pounds land in Sampson on the west of Great Coharie 
adjacent to Marsh Branch, Gilberts corner, Beamans corner containing 300 
acres.
Witnesses: Ben Phillips and Ed Benton
Registered: Feb'y Term 1812
