Indenture made July 27, 1840 between Allen King and Oates S Lewis both of 
Sampson, for $450 land in Sampson on the waters of Big Cohara adjoining the 
lands of Allen Barbery and Gabriel Barbery adjacent to Basses line, Gabriel 
Hobbs corner, Cohara Swamp containing 284? acres.
