Bk 27, pg 178

Indenture made March 15, 1838 between James Lewis and James Honeycutt both 
of Sampson, for $250 land in Sampson on the west side of Little Coharie 
adjacent to his own land, Daniel Williams line, stake near the Fayetteville 
Road, Archabald Flemings corner containing 89 1/2 acres.

Two tracts on the west side of Little Coharie adjacent to A Flemings line, 
Moorning Branch, Fayetteville Road containing 43 acres and the other tract 
20 1/2 acres.

Tract adjacednt to Aaron Lockamans corner, Joseph Moores corner, Bryant 
Swamp (no acres given).

Tract on the side of Little Coharie, Bryants Swamp (no acres given).
