Indenture made August 3, 1836 between James Lewis and Ollen Royal both of 
Sampson, for $300 land in Sampson lying between the two Coharie adjacent to 
the east side of the Hornet Dismal containing 200 acres.
Witnesses: Redman Odam and Andrew Odam
