Indenture made January 10, 1852 between James R Lewis and Henry D Lewis both 
of Sampson, for $212.99 land in Sampson on the north west side of the Great 
Branch adjacent to Pasture Branch, Henry G Lewis line containing 75 1/4 acres.
Witnesses: Nathan Williams and Joseph M Jorden
