Indenture made December 13, 1854 between Henry D Lewis and James M Lewis both 
of Sampson of the first part and James M Lewis, for $1475 paid to Henry D 
Lewis land in Sampson adjoining the minor heirs of Robert J Bell, Franklin 
Hanson and others adjacent to the run of Stag Branch containing 423 acres.
Witnesses: James R Lewis and David Grier
Registered: March 26, 1855
