Indenture made November 9, 1859 between Henry D Lewis and wife Nancy of the 
one part and Joseph W Darden of the other part all of Sampson, for $200 land 
in Sampson being on the land of Joseph W Darden being the lifetime estate or 
dower on the lands of Joseph W Darden with Henry and Nancy to quit all 
claims to the said dower covering the land of the said Joseph W Darden 
containing 190 acres.
Witnesses: John L Clifton and Gabriel Barbrey
