Indenture made Nov'r 4, 1845 between Oates S Lewis and James R Lewis both of 
Sampson, for $350 land in Sampson adjoining the lands of Henry Oates and J R 
Lewis adjacent to north prong of the Calf Marsh Branch containing 70 1/2 
acres.
Witnesses: J L Clifton and Henry D Lewis
