Indenture made August 19, 1859 between Isaac Lewis of the first part and G W 
and Matthew Crumpler of the second part all of Sampson, for $500 land in 
Sampson adjacent to the west side of Little Coharie, Spring Branch, Alex'r 
Lewis corner, Caesar Swamp containing 205 acres.
Witnesses: Thos Clarkson and James Lewis
Registered: Sept'r 22, 1859
