north side of Kings Branch adjoining J. L. Clifton, Needham Stevens, known to 
be the dower of Polly King, widow of Bryan King dec'd (whereof the law has set 
apart for her use), beginning at a gum, pasture Branch, back line, Needham 
Stevens corner, Great Branch, 158 acres
