the Wt. Side of Great Cohery and on the So. Side of the Bever Dam Swamp Joining 
above his own Land Begining at a white oak in the Side of the Swamp and runs 
So. 30 Wt. 155 poles to a pine thence So. 60 Et. 155 poles to a pine near 
Solomon Magees line thence No. 30 Et. 155 poles to a stake in Mill Pond thence 
up the run to the Begining - 1 Feby 1768

William Newman transferred this 150 acres via deed gift to his daughter and son-
in-law, Elizabeth and James Kelly, in 1770.  Land was originally located in
