Wt. side of Great Cohera on the No. side of the Beverdam Swamp Joining above 
his own Land Begining at a white oak by the side of the Marsh and runs No. 25 
Et. along George Houlders line 180 pole to a pine thence So. 65 E. 220 pole to 
a pine thence So. 25 W. 260 pole to a spanish oak at his own line thence along 
his line and up the marsh to the Begining - 1 Feby 1768
