Bk 30, pg 503

Indenture made February 28, 1846 between Needham Pipkin and Moses Cox both 
of Sampson, for $1,000 land in Sampson on the south side of Kill P(eacock) 
Swamp beginning at the last corner of Lot No 2 in Mary Westbrooks corner 
adjacent to Big Branch containing 139 acres being part of the lands of 
Furniford Westbrook dec'd.
One other tract on the north by the run of Kill P(eacock) Swamp and on the 
west by the lands of said John Westbrook, on the south by the lands of John 
King formerly lived and on the east by the lands of John Hudson containing 
139 acres.
