Indenture made Feb'y 24, 1814 between Isaac Pipkin and John Beaman both of 
Sampson, for 450 pounds land in Sampson on the west side of Great Cohera 
adjacent to Marsh Branch at the mouth of Tanners Branch, Gilberts corner 
containing 300 acres.
Witnesses: George Daughton and Bd'r Caraway
