Indenture made March 1, 1830 between Mary Westbrook and Needham Pipkin both 
of Sampson, for $400 land in Sampson on the run of Kill Peacock Swamp, on 
the west by the lands of Needham Pipkin, on the south by the lands of John 
King and on the east by the lands of John Hudson Junr the place formerly 
owned by Sutton Byrd containing 136 acres. 
Witnesses: Asher Bizzell and John Hudson
