Indenture made March 8, 1830 between John Westbrook and Needham Pipkin both 
of Sampson, for $360 land in Sampson on the south side of Kill P(eacock) 
Swamp adjacent to corner of Lot No 2 Mary Westbrooks corner, Kings line, 
Bizzells corner, run of the Big Branch containing 139 acres being part of 
the lands of Furnifold Wesrbrook dec'd.
Witnesses: Asher Bizzell and John Wilson
