OWEN MORSEY LEE

   Owen Morsey Lee, 95, well-known resident and retired farmer of Isle of Wight 
County, died Monday afternoon, March 4, in Raiford Memorial Hospital.

   He was the son of the late William and Millie Lee of Sampson County, N.C., 
and was member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church.

   He is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Lela Whitfield of Goldsboro, N.C., 
Mrs. J.E. Needham of Pilot Mountain, N.C. , Mrs. Frank Byrd of Faison, N.C., and 
Mrs. Paul Lowe and Mrs. Thelma Lee Harcum, both of Franklin; three sons, Rev. 
P.O. Lee of Whiteville, N.C., Hubert Lee of Winston-Salem, N.C., and W.J. Lee of 
Franklin; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

   The body was taken on Tuesday to the Royal Funeral Home of Clinton, Sampson 
County, N.C., for funeral services on Wednesday afternoon. Interment was in 
Clinton.
