William King, Senior of Sampson County, NC to Henery King of Cumberland 
County, NC 
bearing date 2nd November A. D. 1812

Cumberland County, NC Deed Book 27, PG 184 - 2nd day of November 1812

William King, Senr. To Henery  King - State of North Carolina, Sampson County. Know 
all men by these presents that I William King, Senr. of the County & State above for 
& in consideration of the love, goodwill & esteem I bear my beloved brother, Henry 
King, of the County of Cumberland & State aforesaid do give, grant & forever assign 
unto the said Henery King his heirs or assigns forever all such right, title or claim 
in expectancy as I have or which may hereafter to me or my heirs accrue in virtue of 
the last will and testament of Michael King, Dec'd. of Cumberland County & same State 
bearing date November 27 th, 1783. Two certain tracts or parcels of land (viz) one of 
two hundred acres purchased of Duncan McNeill by said Michael King & by him bequeathed 
in his said last will & testament to the above named Henery King & one other parcel of 
land containing one hundred and twenty acres bequeathed to Charles King by said Testator.   
In testimony whereof, I hereunto subscribe my hand & seal this 2nd day of November 
A. D. 1812.

                                                Then was the execution of this deed 
proved by Thomas D. King and ordered to be recorded from the minutes.
