The proceeds after paying expenses along with proceeds from selling all my 
plantation tools, house hold and kitchen furniture and stock of all description 
equally divided between my children (not named)
I appoint trusty friend John Eason executor
Witnesses: Joel Joyner Jr and Cader Blackman
