McPhail and Sam'l Pope and that said testator was of sound disposition mind and memory. Whereupon John R. Beaman qualified as one of the executors and it was ordered that letters testamentary issue and that said will be recorded. February Term 1845 Wyat Moye and Susanna D. Caraway an executor and executrix named in the last will and testament of Bedreddon Caraway dec'd came into court and renounces all their rights and authority as executor and executrix aforesaid and prayed that a record of the same might be made. February Term 1845 The executor of Bdn Caraway dec'd filed copy of notices given to debtors and creditors of sd dec'd. August Term 1846 An inventory and account of the sales of the property of Bedreaden Caraway deceased was returned to court by the executor and ordered to be recorded.
