That my executors herein after named shall provide for my body a decent burial suitable to the wishes of my relatives and friends and pay all my funeral expenses together with all my just debts to whomsoever owing out of the moneys that may first come into their hands as a part and parcel of my estate. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Hariett the following tract of land Viz The home tract on which I now reside containing three hundred and fifty acres more or less during her natural life and then the said land to be equally divided between my two youngest sons William B. and Richard J. King. I also give and bequeath my wife Hariett the following Negroes Viz Daniel, Charles, Huron, Handy, George, Chany, Julet, Hannah, Dolly, Casey and Anna and their increase, together with all my stock consisting of horses, hogs, cattle and sheep and all my household and kitchen furniture and all my farming tools to have and to hold during her natural life then to be equally divided between my six youngest children Viz Robert T., John B., Nathan J., William B., Richard J. and Sarah C. King, I also desire that my son Robert T. King after the demise of my wife Hariett pay to my son William B. King one hundred dollars and John B. King pay over to Richard J. King one hundred dollars. And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my sons Robert T. and John B. King my lawful executors to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and testament to the true intent and meaning of the same and every clause and meaning thereof hereby making and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made in witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this the fourteenth day of Feburary 1860.
