McLamb, 14 July 1916. This is an addition to the submission of this will by Leslie Looper. It includes the settlement handwritten in the margin of the last page. It's importance is the naming of the female legatees who received $25.00 each as directed by the will from their brother Minson. "North Carolina, Sampson. We the undersigned, do each hereby acknowledge receipt of the payment to us of the sum of twenty five dollars each, said sum being the amount mentioned in the will of W. H. McLamb and Zilphia W. McLamb to be paid by Minson McLamb to each of us and we and each of us hereby acknowledge satisfaction of the second item of their said will by such payment. This the 24th day of May, 1925.
