McLamb of the afore said county and state being of sound mind but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence do make and declare this my last will and testament. First my executor herein after named shall give my body a decent burial suitable to the wishes of my friends and relatives and pay for my funeral expenses together with all my just debts, out of the first moneys which may come into his hands belonging to my estate. Second I give and devise to my sons George McLamb, Joseph A. McLamb and John M. McLamb my mill and gin and all fixtures. Third I give and bequeth to my son Joseph A. McLamb one mule named John about nine years old. Fourth I give and bequeth to my wife Missourie McLamb and John M. McLamb my son two mules known as Mand and Cuba or any other two mules or horses that I may have at my death. Also to my wife Missourie McLamb and my son John M McLamb all my stock hogs, cows etc. also all corn, fodder hay meat and lard or any other feed stuff also all farm implements all household and kitchen furniture including piano and other musical instruments one brich loading gun, also my automobile or any other I may have at my death. Fifth I give and bequeth to my wife Missourie five hundred dollars in money. Sixth I give and bequeth to my daughters Annie Herring, Mary Warren, Persie Bass, Hattie McLamb and Dolla McLamb five hundred dollars each. Seventh my will and desire is that all the residue of my estate (if any) after taking out the devises and legacies above mentioned shall be sold and the debts owing to me collected and if there should be any surplus over and above the payment of debts expenses and legacies that shuch surplus shall be equally divided and paid over to all my children in equal proportion share and share alike. Eighth. I hereby constitute and appoint my son George my lawful executor to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and testament according to the true intents and meaning of the same and every part and clause thereof, hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by me here to fore made.
