(First) My executor hereinafter named shall give my body a decent burial suitable to the wishes of my friends and relatives and pay all funeral expenses together with all my just debts out of the first moneys which may come into his hands belonging to my esstate (Second) I give and bequeath to my said bloved wife Mary Jane McLamb all my land consisting 161 acres known as my home tract. 31-34 acres known as the W.M. Draughon land, 37 acres known as the J. T. Hair land. Total acres of my land more or less 229 acres to have full control and use the proceeds off said land as she thinks best her life time. (Third) I give to my beloved wife Mary Jane McLamb all my stock consisting of mules horses cows hogs all my domestic fowles, all my provisions consisting of corn wheat pork bacon and lard and all other provisions I have at my death, all my farming impliments all my farage, my hay rakes and mowing machines my atomobels all my cotton in seed cotton lint and cotton seed. all my tobaco and all my money notes and martages and open accounts that are due me at my death. (Fourth) I give and bequeath to my wife Mary Jane McLamb all my house hold and kitchen furniture of all description so long as she lives to use and dispose of as she deems best. (Fifth) I do hereby appoint and request my beloved wife Mary Jane McLamb a Lawful Guardian for Gracie Allen McLamb so long as she remains in my home to have full power to finance for her as she thinks best for her up keep and her best interest. (Sixth) I hereby constitute and appoint my trusty son W. A. McLamb my lawful executor to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and testament according to the true intent and meaning of the same and every part and clause thereof hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made.
