H. McLamb and Zilpha W. McLamb of the County of Sampson & State of North Carolina being of Sound mind but considering the uncertainty of our earthly existence we do make and declare this our last will and Testament First we give and devise to our Son Minson McLamb the tract of land on wich we now reside containing one hundred and Twenty acres more or less. Second The Said Minson McLamb Shall pay over to all the girls or their heirs Twenty five Dollars Each to be paid with in Two years after our death Third we all so give to our son J. D. McLamb & J. C. McLamb H. T. McLamb W. O. McLamb one Dollar Each Fourth we give & devise to our son Minson McLamb all the crop and Provision that we may have the year of our death Fifth we give and devise to our son Minson McLamb and Zilphia E. McLamb all the stock concisting of hogs cattel and all other personal property we may own at our death I here by constitute and appoint my son J. C. McLamb my lawful executor to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and Testament according to the true intent and meaning of the same and every part and clase there of the said W. H.
