Royal, of the aforesaid County and State, being of sound mind, but considering the uncertainty of earthly existence, do make and declair this my last will and testament: First. I give and devise to my son A.E. Royal, with whom I am Making my home, all my real estate, consisting of one parcel of land that I purchased from J.J. Williams, adjoining the land of Jim McCullen, the J.J. Williams land, and others, containing (33 ½ acres) thirty three and one half acres more or less, Second. I give and bequeth to my son A.E. Royal, all of my personal property of every description. I am giving my property to my son A.E. Royal, for he has and is providing a home for me in my old age. In witness whereof, I the said Sallie E. Royal, do hereunto set my hand and seal, this the 10 day of August 1929. Sallie E. Royal (seal) Signed, sealed, published, and declaired by the said Sallie E.
