In the second place I give unto my beloved wife the following Property to do as she thinks proper with at all times and for ever (viz) all the lands that come into my possession at the Death of her father all the Negroes and their Increase all of the stock of all descriptions all the crop of corn fodder peas & potatoes and all other articles that may be growing on the land at my death or if the crop is housed (?) she has all that was made (in the year that I die) on the places given to her and should there not be enough for her maintenance for twelve months she is to have it from my own plantation to be adjudge by my two freeholders chosen by her. All the house hold and kitchen furniture at both places and my ______ & _______ all the farming tools on the lands given her. All of which I wish her to have and do as she thinks fit with provided she has no heir during my natural life or within nine months after my decease and in that case she is to have a third of all and the heir the balance and if there be no heir then the Heirs of my _____ sisters Athanasia Hicks and Mary A Royal to have all not given to my wife except the following Negroes which I loan to my wife during her Natural lifetime (viz) Jack & Fillis his wife and Jim (Not Brown Jim) and Joe and after the death of my wife they go as the balance to the heirs of my sisters. Royal, where upon it was __________ to _______ ________ & _________ to be recorded and Albert R Hicks & Mariah Royal were ________ qualified as Executors thereto and _______ when ___________ the Executors of the above will.
