At her death to be equally divided between my children Susanna Stevens, Artheasha Stevens, Elizabeth Stevens, Nancy Stevens, William Stevens, Laruhamah Oates and Lydda Stevens. Son William Stevens all the land that lies below the main road where widow Stevens now lives after her decease, to him and if he dies before he arrives at age 21 years, property to his brother Oates Stevens.
