                EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   Persons indebted to JAS. C. McEACHIN, as Guardian of the heirs of JOHN 
MORRISON, deceased, are hereby respectfully informed, that said Guardian has, 
in a majority of instances endorsed and transferred their notes to the 
undersigned. Also that  our urgent necessities, apart fromm the requirements 
of the endorsees, compel us to collect as speedily as possible. All thus 
indebted will therefore oblidge us and themselves, too, by paying up 
immediately. We must and will sue where the money is not forthcoming.
