NC Occupation: Medical Doctor Place of Disposition: Argyll Crematorium, Laurinburg, NC Dr. Murdock served in the US Army during WWII Received the Good Conduct Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, the Bronze Star and the ETO ribbon with two stars Attended Davidson College, UNC at Chapel Hill, and Washington University in MO He practiced as an Ob-GYN in Lauringburg from 1955 until his retirement in 1994. He was survived by his wife, 2 daughters, 1 son, his sister Isabel McKeithen Thomas of Cameron, NC and a brother, Rev. Leighton McKeithen, Fayetteville, NC
