Aug 19th was a Sunday according to 200 year calendar (1776-1976) put out by DeWitts medicine). From the Notebook of Lilly Carter Hoffman: (1964) Aug 19: I left Mr. James Goodman's and started to Cabarrus County and went on to Mr Jaciob Ifords Wed. Aug 20: I preached a funeral -unwell all night Thursday Aug 21: I held a sacrametal meeting at St. Martin's, Montgomery Co.(Stanly Co.) went home with Bro. Koble in the evening. Stayed all night Friday Aug 22. I started to Bro. Efirds where I held a meeting. Sat. Aug 23 I left Mr. Efirds and started on to Rocky river. Spent the night at Peter Bogers. Submitted by Jodie Gee
