Stanly County, NC - Addendum to Goin Morgan

Goin Morgan was the grandfather of Drewery "Drew" Morgan. It is said that 
Margaret Haigler was the daughter of John Haigler and that is NOT TRUE.
 
First of all, Margaret's maiden surname was not Haigler, but rather Hagler. 
 
One of the proofs as to who Margaret descended is her tombstone which states 
she was the daughter of Phillip Hagler, (who was my third great grandfather.) 
 
Margaret was buried next to her husband in the Morgan Cemetery that's located 
on top of a hill on the Stanly side of Rocky River. After one drives out of 
Union County and crosses the river on Morgan Mill Bridge, one then is in Stanly 
County. Proceed a short distance up this road and the first driveway on the 
left is to an old one room church and the Morgan family cemetery is directly 
in back. It's a fine location for looking way down at the river observing 
Morgan land on both sides of it.
