Tilman Fesperman William Fesperman Thomas Fesperman Wilson Hamilton and Wife Camaline Hamilton Defts To the Clerk of the Superior Court of Stanly County The petition of the Plaintiff above named would respectfully show that she is the widow of P.A. Fesperman who died intestate in the County of Stanly on or about Nov. 1st, 1885 seized and possessed of a tract of land in said County adjoining the lands of Gilbert Harris, Thomas Hall, Rufus Hunsucker and others containing 390 acres more or less. That said track of land descended to his children the Defendants above named Viz. Tilman Fesperman, William Fesperman, Thomas M. Fesperman who reside in the County of Stanly, and Camaline Hamilton wife of Wilson Hamilton who reside in the County of Montgomery and that all of said defendants are of free age. Wherefore she asks that summons may inform said Defendants to the fact that her Dower may be allotted to her according to law and your Petitioner shall be in prayer. S.S. Pemberton Atty.
