Fesperman Land Value State of North Carolina In Probate Court Stanly County Dec 15th, 1877 In the Matter of the estate of M. Fesperman, Dec’d Account of advancements to P.A. Fesperman, son and all of the distributions 1 cow valued at $12.00 1 bed $12.00 $24.00 He says further securing to himself $75.00 right to question whether or not it $99.00 is an advancement at all. That on the 1st day of September 1859 his father conveyed to him a life estate by deed for 290 acres of unimpaired lands which was reasonably worth $100 for the fee simple title. That he was 43 years of age at the execution of said deed. That he has improved the same by clearing fencing and by building a good house reasonably $300. That he has put a good orchard on the same reasonably worth $100. This Dec 15th, 1877 S.J. Pemberton Atty for the petitioner P.A. Fesperman I value his life Estate in land at $75.00 J.M. Burris ??
