KENNEDY Original Attachment In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, J. C. KENNEDY, resides beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina "Argus", published in the town of Fayetteville, N. C., notifying said defendant non-resident to be and appear at our next Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Stanley at the Court House in Albemarle on the second Monday in August next, then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed: Otherwise it will be taken pro confesso and judgment will be made ex parte as to him and the land levied on, be condemned and ordered sold to satisfy the plaintiff and recover the costs.
