Attachment

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that R. C. MOSS 
does not reside in this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, 
notifying said non-resident, defendant, to be and appear at our next Court, to 
be held for the County of Stanly at the Court House in Albemarle on the second 
Monday of August next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this 
petition filed. Otherwise, judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter 
heard ex parte as to him. Witness, RICHARD HARRIS, Clerk of the said Court at 
office in Albemarle on the second Monday in May, 1860.
