It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, published at Wadesboro, notifying defendant, non-resident, to be and appear at our next Court to be held for the County of Stanly at the Court House in Albemarle on the 1st Monday in March next. Then and there to plead answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter heard ex parte to them.
