CULPEPPER R. WATKINS
      vs.
THOMAS TOMLINSON SR., WILLIAM H. TOMLINSON and SARAH TOMLINSON

Petition for Account and Settlement

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that WILLIAM H. 
TOMLINSON and SARAH TOMLINSON are not residents of this State. It is therefore 
ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the 
North Carolina Argus, published at Wadesboro, notifying said non-residents, to 
be and appear at our next Court of Equity to be held for the County of Stanly 
at the Court House in Albemarle on the 1st Monday in March next. Then and 
there to plead, answer of demur to this petition filed. Otherwise, judgment 
will be taken pro confesso, and the matter heard ex parte as to them. Witness, 
EBEN HEARNE, Clerk of the said Court at Office in Albemarle on the 1st Monday 
in September A.D. 1860.
