Said FRY is about five feet seven or eight inches high, dark hair, dark eyes, round face, and dark complexion, aged about 32 or 33 years in appearance, and quick spoken. I have some reason to believe he was assisted in escaping, probably by some one who desired to employ him as a substitute in the army. I will give the above reward for his apprehension and confinement in some jail so that I can get him. Albemarle, N.C.
